The spa also offers contrast therapy, a unique treatment that combines alternating hot and cold therapy to stimulate the body's natural healing processes.

For those seeking a more comprehensive wellness experience, Florida Float Spa St. Pete's PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy and compression massage packages offer innovative approaches to pain management, muscle recovery, and overall rejuvenation.
