Lift / Next Level Floats: Elevating Float Therapy in Brooklyn

Situated at 320 Court Street, this oasis of calm and relaxation has quickly become a standout destination for locals and visitors alike who are drawn to the profound benefits of float therapy.

Lift / Next Level Floats' core offering is their float therapy sessions, which take place in state-of-the-art float pods filled with a warm, high-density Epsom salt solution. These pods allow floaters to experience complete sensory deprivation, enabling the mind and body to enter a deep state of relaxation and healing. The center boasts multiple float pods, ensuring that visitors can easily find a time that fits their schedule.

Beyond the float pods, Lift / Next Level Floats provides an array of complementary services and amenities to enhance the float experience. Guests can take advantage of private showers, towels, and toiletries, as well as a relaxation area complete with tea, coffee, and healthy snacks. The center also offers a "Get Ready" area, where floaters can prepare for their session and refresh afterward, complete with hair dryers and other personal care essentials.

Lift / Next Level Floats has earned an impressive 4.9-out-of-5-star rating on Google, with 591 reviews that consistently praise the center's exceptional customer service and transformative float experiences. Many customers describe the staff as "helpful," "friendly," and "attentive," noting that they go the extra mile to ensure each visitor's comfort and satisfaction.

Regarding the float sessions themselves, reviewers frequently remark on the "calming," "relaxing," and "life-changing" effects of the experience. Several customers highlight the center's clean and well-maintained facilities, with one noting that the float pods are "spotless" and another praising the "thoughtfully designed" space. A few reviewers do mention some minor issues, such as sliminess in the float pods or difficulty finding parking, but these seem to be the exception rather than the norm.

Lift / Next Level Floats offers a range of pricing options to accommodate different budgets and needs. First-time floaters can take advantage of a special introductory offer of $89 for a 60-minute float session, while a package of three float sessions is available for $199. The center also offers a monthly membership program for $260, allowing regular floaters to maximize the benefits of this practice.

Prospective visitors should plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before their scheduled session to allow time for check-in and preparation. Guests are advised to avoid eating a heavy meal or consuming caffeine or alcohol before their float, as these can affect the experience. Additionally, the center provides all necessary equipment, including earplugs, but encourages floaters to bring their own personal care items if desired.
