While the reviews are overwhelmingly positive, a few customers have mentioned the need for more flexibility in scheduling, particularly for last-minute bookings. However, the center's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, as one reviewer praised the "extremely friendly staff" and "very clean & relaxing environment."

Pricing for float therapy starts at $59 for a 60-minute session, with package discounts available. Sauna sessions and salt room experiences are priced separately, and the center offers a variety of combination packages to suit different needs and budgets.
