Situated in the bustling South Austin neighborhood, True REST Float Spa • Austin South is a haven of tranquility, tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle. The spa's modern, inviting interior sets the stage for a truly immersive experience, where guests can escape the demands of everyday life and enter a state of profound calm and introspection.

The core offering at True REST Float Spa • Austin South is float therapy, a therapeutic practice that involves floating effortlessly in a private, sensory-deprivation tank filled with warm, skin-temperature water and a high concentration of Epsom salts. This weightless environment allows the body and mind to enter a deeply relaxed state, relieving muscle tension, reducing stress, and promoting a profound sense of well-being.

In addition to the float tanks, the spa features several other holistic wellness amenities. Guests can enjoy the rejuvenating benefits of the infrared sauna, which uses gentle, therapeutic heat to detoxify the body and boost circulation. The cold plunge pool, on the other hand, offers a refreshing contrast, stimulating the immune system and aiding in muscle recovery.

For those seeking a more comprehensive experience, True REST Float Spa • Austin South also provides red light therapy sessions. This innovative technology harnesses the power of specific wavelengths of light to stimulate cellular function, promote collagen production, and alleviate various skin and wellness concerns.

The spa's thoughtful attention to detail extends to the overall customer experience. Guests are provided with plush towels, robes, and slippers, ensuring maximum comfort before and after their float sessions. The private float suites are designed with an emphasis on tranquility, with dimmed lighting, soothing music, and an overall sense of serenity.

True REST Float Spa • Austin South has earned a stellar reputation among its customers, with a Google rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars based on 99 reviews. While the vast majority of reviews are overwhelmingly positive, a small number of customers have mentioned some areas for improvement. However, these concerns appear to be the exception rather than the norm.
